Timing & Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in . The boat departs at the scheduled time , and we cannot wait for late arrivals , as the boarding dock is shared with other operators , and we must respect our docking slot ., Late Arrivals = No Show = No Refund: If you arrive after the departure time, it will be considered a No Show, with no refund. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations with refund are only accepted up to 24 hours before departure. ALERT: Open Boats and Weather Conditions: Some of our boats are open and do not have shelter in case of rain, wind, or less favorable weather. Tours in these conditions are not cancelled . We provide disposable rain ponchos and advise guests to bring clothing suitable for the weather. No rescheduling or refund is available in these cases.
